Ahh

 

How long does it take normally to fully move all of your belongings to another truck? Would it take longer to do at the end of 100 degree day? So far it’s taken me 3 hours still not done just going to finish up tomorrow. Oh and on top of it the back wall vents don’t work in this truck!

 

The one time I switched trucks it took about half a day for everything if I remember correctly, but that included the time to organize things and I did some of that later.

 

Found 30 pens so I should be good for a few months and probably a pound of change.

 

I wonder how the new idle policy is going to effect mileage. I can see wanting to sleep when it's cooler but that's going to mean parking later when there are less choices, and less safe choices.

 

Granted had a crap ton of miles last week, but I’m definitely happy with what I netted even without the 3 additional cents that IT screwed up on.

 

It took me a good day to get moved.

 

I should have went slower. Made delivery at xpo Menominee Falls got a John Deere load that doesn’t start delivery till Monday in NY 400 miles between first and 5th drop. Last drop being just above NYC. Probably going to finish week with 1700’miles. Since making last drop will depend on parking situation.

 

That new navigation system on the Qualcom is a lot better than the old one, isn't it? It'd be nicer if the eta was more accurate, how is it going to take me 2 hours to go 50 miles?

 

Cant wait to try it out, going to have to wait until I get my new truck.
