    This job is not working for an employer. You are an independant contractor. They do NOT withhold ANY taxes. Itr is up to you to make the government happy and pay your quartly taxes. I have seen this question asked here several times. If you do not understand the operation you are going in to, then you might want to think it over, and come to a better understanding. It has been said here many times, they do not hold your hand here and guide you. They give you the tools to make money, if you can't run your own business then stay home. I am not trying to be an ##### here, but I don't want any one not understanding before they put in an application here, and become disgruntled, and later on write a negative comment on this company. If you lease on to JCT and screw up, they do not fire you they cancel your contract....no recourse

    that is a low cpm! It also take not account for your investment into your truck, tax write offs...... However if you can only make 34 cpm and pay off a truck your still better off than being a company driver paying off someone elses truck....

    Like i said before, add .07 cents to that .34, and your truck payment is a complete write off
