Do you bake them and then flash fry? Or just fry them? You ever fry corn? It's Hella good! Roll 1/3 of a corn on the cob in Cajun batter and fry. Soooooo good! You gotta try.....cause peer pressure and all.

I just put em in the oven for about 15min to thaw out. Less messy that way. When they have big ice chunks stuck to them the fryer goes nuts Lol. That's why it's out on the porch.
I've heard of fried corn but haven't tried it yet.
My brother used to work at a restaurant and he told me they would partially cook the wings in huge batches then finish them up when ordered. Always wondered why you order them then 10-15 min later they come out. Takes a good 25-30 min on 350 the way I do itsinglescrewshaker, cke, D.Tibbitt and 4 others Thank this. -
