Some of you open deck guys impress me with your tarp jobs. I can't wrap a present and am limited in my hand tarp experience.

I see some impressive tarp jobs going down the road and only imagine how bad it would look if this retard had to do it.

Yea, no time soon. That I agree with you. Homes are double the value around here. This has always been cheap living till this year.

Some claim is not just inflation, but the millennial gen all finally buying houses. They are the largest gen. I was told I could get 3.4 times what I paid for my house that we live in. I bought this house to make money, never imagined that much. But were would I go? No houses to buy and new construction is way over priced. Looks like my rual butt is stuck in the city limits for sometime.


Stinks of 08, not certain it will happen again. But it smells like it.

I’m probably gonna need a little help Saturday afternoon anybody’s interested. Daughters graduation party. Charcoal chicken, bbq’s, cheesy potatoes, potato salad along with some other goodies.

 

I don't know about there. However, here it is all of the people fleeing the left coast in droves. Now everyone can work from home, they are all fleeing the cities and going rural. Sucks.

Ok... I understand... I was born and raised in a third world country... but that kind of situation never happened to me... Specially after I became vegetarian and stopped eating white sugar and several other things, I let people know ahead of time what I eat and not eat, before they invite me to their places for a meal... Never had any problem with that.
