Same here, I've never used it. I only haul my own crap around and commodity to town....so no need. However, it is a govt regulation and it reads as such. I don't want to steer anybody wrong. Heck, next time I'm stuck at the scales, I will ask them.

The music used in the Looney Tunes cartoons is classical. I realized that I enjoy classical. Metal played well, minus the drummer and the screaming, sounds like classical. It’s actually the drummer that gives metal it’s hard metallic edgy sound.
