Reflux was caused by the blockage. Seems to not have spread. However, need 6 months of chemo to shrink it. Before they can remove it. Using the Whipple surgery.

#### man pancreatic cancer is not good. Out of all the people ive known to get it. None of them have made it. Take it easy brother were rootin for ya , god bless u and ur family

Going to be staying in NM for the treatment. Rather than go back to FL. The hospital can help me get on disability and Medicaid. I have a friend of the family who I can use for a resident address. Sister is flying out next week.

That's too bad. My wife went through the very same thing 9 years ago this August. She had whipple done and is walking around with 40% of her pancreas gone and mean as ever. PM me if you want her number to talk to her. She will be glad to explain what was involved and what's ahead first hand. Just so you know, she can talk to the Pope, a Jehova's Witness, and an Amway salesman all at the same time with equal enthusiasm. Good luck.
