Shipper can't find load

Been waiting for a drop n hook load for over 9 hours first location couldn't find the load second location couldn't find the load so now it's a live load and this area is under a tornado warning worst part is even under a tornado warning the shipper is making all driver's stay in their trucks and won't let them wait in the building

 

They had one it's blown over now though it's all sunny and clear now

 

They still have not started loading my trailer yet been at the dock foor for over an hour

 

Been dealing with this ######## for 12 hours now

 

Wtf I just got the red light on my dock door it was red for a whole 5 minutes maybe 2 pallets and now it's green again wtf this load should be 40000 lbs ain't no way 2 pallets are 40000. Lbs.
