Rite Aid in 1995. I worked 100 hrs on the clock. 1.5 after 8. 1.75 after 10, and double time after 12. It was over $1700. They also fired me, escorted me out with security Guard. Had to come back later that day to pick up check at Guard. No reason, they just used me for Christmas. Worked 29 days. One more day, I’d been in. It was a Teamster Job. Very hard, lifting totes onto rollers, basically a Lumper with a CDL. 29 days of that pushed my back beyond its limits. I worked through the pain. Eventually needed surgery. Wish I would have made a Workman comp claim. But nooooooo, I wanted the big job. Lol. They chewed me up and spit me out. I don’t Shop at Rite Aid to this day.
