I had to move my stops in quite a bit to keep the pitman arm off of my bumper mount. It sucks having a setback that doesn't cut as tight as a 379, but I haven't quite figured out a way to re-engineer the mount that won't weaken it significantly.

Alot of what I can get away with is because of where I run. It's alot cooler at night in the Mountains or PNW vs if I was in Texas or Florida or the like. If I was down there all the time...I dunno what I would do. Plus the hours I run helps. I don't usually shut down until 1800 or so my time. So depending on where I am, that could be pretty late. I also don't stay in truckstops. I'm in a dirt pullout right now. I despise truck stops. I just get my fuel and go.

I trust Glenn Beck enough to take his word for it...

Our “Fun Family Vacation! Hey, let’s go through Yellowstone and maybe see old faithful. Here is part one of just trying to get out of the parking area after driving an hour out of the way and not seeing old faithful. Trust me, if anyone says “hey let’s go to Yellowstone, see the animals and old faithful”, stop at a convenience store grab a water and a pack of camels. Light one up, take a deep drag and hold it and fill your mouth with water. Next, Blow the smoke and water in your children’s faces, throw the rest of the camels at them and rip the biggest fart you can muster. Tell them that they got the ‘animals attacking’, the water and smoke of old faithful and the wonderful smell of sulfur… now go stand in line to buy some crap you don’t need and will lose before you get home.”
You kids will enjoy it more than mine. If you want the full experience of the wonderful six hour drive home, say to the mother of your children something like, “ you know, after some thought that dress did make you look fat”. Now you kids will crying, your wife will be pissed at you and you will wonder why you ever got up this morning. Oh wait, I forgot the gas money. Take $150 bux and toss it out the window. Thanks mr Forrest fricken Ranger for the fun time in the park. It’s better than disney. Except the animals might kill you - IF THEY SHOW UP, but don’t worry they most likely won’t. Old faithful smells like a toilet but at least you can’t really see it because there are 4000 people in the middle of nowhere in front of you, there are no available hotels in a hundred mile range and the line to your gift shops are longer than the line for space mountain— but at least you don’t have any line control, shade or big plastic headed mice who, do to the heat are at least more miserable than the guests. The parking video Part two, and of course the last of the trilogy “my wife strikes back” soon to follow on my page.

Go down hwy 1. Take the ferry over...it's a fun ride. Yellowstone is a #### show. It was nice last year though...next to nobody. Same with glacier. Have you been to Yolo, Canadian glacier, jasper and the like. I really enjoy it there. You can get the Canadian parks pass pretty cheap for one guy.

Screw banff! Friggin hipster hole! I actually got into a fight with a French Canadian last time I was there. Which isn't saying much, I very much dislike French Canadians.

I drove thru the city of Banff once. I promptly pulled a u-turn and left. The park itself is worth visiting though.

We have some room to go just haven't done it yet. I'll snap a pic. Partly because if the engineers thought that was best, it might be. I know it's a lot less stress. Original spring bushings and king pins at 1 mil and still tight

I usually did the same. Stock up on drinks and breakfast because I'm a terrible planner for food stuffs. Find a mom and pop that wasn't 24hr or find a dirt lot to park at. Sometimes I'd get balls of steel and park at weigh stations. Talk about peace and quiet.

    Fired a driver.
All buses cleaned, greased and put away.
1 bus at international so they can not fix it under warranty.
    It's a good day.
    $119 Canadian pesos a bottle. Yum. 20210625_210059.jpg
