    One more thing, my adjuster said that if I had not done that evasive maneuver to the left, and braked instead, the accident would have been serious.

    That and look both ways at every cross street

    I’ve still never seen an intersection in person of two paved roads without a stop sign or yield sign unless someone stole the sign.
    Seems like a lawsuit for the city or county or whoever is supposed to maintain the road.

    the rural Appalachia county I grew up in had stop signs even at intersections of two dirt roads

    how else are podunk towns gonna take in revenue if they can’t stake out a stop sign that should have been a yield sign ?
