    Go ahead and try. The oil pipeline guys gave up and went crawling back to Canada. All they wanted to do was spill their oil into that water. If the lawyers don't succeed on the legal side of someone else trying something, most of the people who live here and rely on that water to feed the world, have weapons. :-/
