I f-ed up

Confidence can be a double edged sword... It can help you, or hurt you.

 

Buy 2 new tires and 2 new wheels. Don't turn it in. Think about how much money you just spent, it'll help prevent you from carelessly doing it again.

 

This is one of those "could go either way" things. Things happen, and you say its been about a year. Could be they give you a written warning, could be they can you. If it hasn't been turned in and you can afford it just buy new rims and tires and shut up about it. If it has well....with the driver shortage they MAY overlook it seeing as its been over a year since the last time.

Your best bet however is to evaluate how you work and figure out the WHY of all your accidents. Then work to eliminate what ever is causeing you to have the accidents. Going too fast? slow down. Not able to see everything? get out and look. Clipping objects with the trailer? learn to use every square inch of room you are given.

#### happens buddy.. Honestly that could happen to anybody. That plate looks like it was hard to see if ur backing up . best thing u could do is just pay attention to what you are doing. Dont get in a rush.

ive dinged up my truck pretty bad this year already, scraped the front bumper up after rubbing a concrete barrier at a jobsite, trying to manuever around ####. Ive been stuck countless times, tore up tires spinning out in the mud. Ripped my antennas clear off the front of my truck and took some of the mirror with it. Bent my side box the other day because the door got jammed and i ripped it open with my winch bar..... It comes with the territory of running equipment especially if u run to jobsites. Equipment gets tore up.... The only difference is i either pay to get it fixed or fix it myself and i make sure this stuff happens only once.....learn from your mistakes and keep ur mouth shut , nobody needs to know ####..

 

Should have just bought the tires and rims and not even have mentioned it to the boss.

 

The plate is over the yellow line. I'm guessing the line is for where the truck needs to be? If so it's a problem on the customer's side on how they're placing their product.
