Yes, it is a health and safety issue and they are required if they are dealing with the public to supply a restroom or a porta potty. If you call the health department they will come out and issue citations, along with inspecting the building. It does not matter if they own the building or not they are required to supply basic human service. Call in everytime and this will stop.

    Good luck with that one.

They do not consider the driver to be public.

Their not treating the driver as a person is what causes a large part of problems on their properties. It may not be overly professional to leave behind your waste, but ###### if I am on your property for several hours because you're too stupid to move things along in a timely manner I will have to use the restroom. It's your choice if I act in a civil manner.

All she had to do instead of putting the bag on the curb was take it INSIDE and throw it away in a trash can close to the receiving office but make sure to open it first!

just recently i had a situation where a restroom wasn't available to the drivers at the customer. it was one of those "special" situations that couldn't be held off. i did what i've done so many times before, whipped out the bucket, an empty garbage bag, and let'er rip! i finished and then happily walked over to their waste can and chucked the bag and its contents in there, and there was some wind blowing directly into the open doorway! i blame it on the burritos and green sauce i had hours prior.

It's their property they do not have to supply anything to anyone other than EMPLOYEES .. some companies dont want you in the building for insurance or security reasons.. the easyest way to solve this is stay away from these companies..if knowone shows up to pick up their freight maby they will get the hint??
