Anyone installed an android head unit?

I want to upgrade a stock 17' Freightliner Cascadia's head unit and looking for an Android headunit that accepts sim cards and works on a t-mobile network.

So far the only contender I can find is from the Joying brand and it does support some t-mobile bandwidth, not all. Any other options you might know of?

Reason I am looking for an android headunit and not android auto is because I use CoPilot trucking app which doesn't support android auto and would like to put it on the truck's screen and stop using my tablet.
