Painting is staring today or Sunday morning. I’m touching up some leftover mechanical need to do’s before the body goes back on. I’m pushing to get it done and take to the Jeep Invasion this year. It won’t be in the big show, but she can drive it around and enjoy it there. It’s came a long ways, good ways to go though. But it’s came a long way since being left to rot away in 1992.....

 

OEM. I have 6 or 7 aftermarkets in the storage trailer. The longest one lasted was 3 months. Raney's was great to deal with and kept warrantying them, but I got sick of changing them. I tried a different set a friend was selling and half the LED strip went out before I left the house.

 

What a way to start the day. Powers out Lol. one hell of a storm came through earlier. Generator to the rescue, I at least need a cold shower before heading out. Got one of those 5000w continuous ones

Imo I think a matching paint visor looks really good. We thought about going chrome but I don't think it would look right.
