Started off good with one red flag of not having IFTA Updated in the beginning of April when I started. But I continued on having them take full $500 escrow payments And Truck lease payments the FIRST week of starting.. I went with it with patience. Had my first dispatch which I fired for lack of integrity and communication. Key word (Communication) this company LACKS that very badly I can’t stress it enough!

Escrow payments are $500 till you reach $2500 and weekly truck payments are $1200 including fuel and tolls so your first weeks are gonna be low income. If you have extra deductions on your account (accounting) whom barely speaks English won’t tell you ahead of time, your just in for a surprise come statement day which is Thursday when it’s too late do anything really.

In my opinion if your dealing with English speaking drivers they should be able to speak to English speaking accountants. Nothing against anyone that’s just fair! Only $50 per day on advances, they only cover PMs/Mid-Trip/recalls Your responsible for everything else on top of your Truck payments so you better have your savings together. They will also withhold your check without telling you or warning you of any errors and you’ll have to call and call and call again to get ahold of someone just to tell you they’ll call you back and NEVER do! This company has definitely been the worst experience in all my years of driving full OF LIARS AND BAD COMMUNICATION!

I was called to the yard in the middle of my work week on a Wednesday when every OO knows you need that full week to make a good check! They told me I needed to come get a GPS on my trailer and said I couldn’t ride like that any longer...Ok so I went, and soon as I got there Luka tells me my truck has a “recall” and need to take it to the dealer..so of course I’m frustrated because there’s no replacement trucks, I got lied to, had to sit in a hotel and had to take some of my stuff out then and there.

I was going home for the weekend already so the company driver took me all the way there the next day with all my stuff I took out which was confusing if it’s just for repairs, I was very skeptical of the whole situation because there was a detailer waiting on me to take everything out before I went home.

All this is going on at the same time (I DIDN’T GET PAID) on Friday! Monday I got no word from no one I’m calling and calling and calling again and all I got was “ well let you know” well let you know smh. So after all the runarounds Thomas finally told me I was no longer with the company... What?? Never told me why at all. I ran my butt off for them and they couldn’t be honest and tell me why I was let go?? Maybe it’s the confrontational actions they can’t handle...Bottom Line THIS IS A DISHONEST ELUSIVE SNEAKY COMPANY I do NOT recommend anyone drive for this company! Apply at your own risk ⚠️

Are you an o/o or an employee?
You keep claiming to be an o/o, but let them treat you like an employee.
For example why is it their responsibility to provide you with a replacement truck?
Also, why are you not communicating with the shop directly about your truck?

Look, if you want to be a business owner, well be a business owner and treat it like a business. If you want not not deal with the hassle of owning a business, there is no shame in working for someone.
You will never, however, be successful as an O/O if you treat it like a job. You need to treat it like the business it is.

Okay, thanks for testing the waters. I'll make sure to never drive for Stelle Corporation of Chicago. I'm thinking there might be a few better options available.

Repairs and detailing ( retaliation and detrimental activity fees), because they can't make profit on their duff and you were smart enough to leave.
