Average O/O gross earnings

These days it's in the ballpark. Might be a bit lower during regular times.

 

Just went from Landstar to my own authority. This is from Jun 1 until today. Flatbed Conestoga. Returning home to Cleveland, OH every weekend. Last month spend one restart in Fargo, ND (

My gross is 10,000-15,000 a week when I bust ###. And 6,000-10,000 when being a sloth.

 

You are reaping the rewards of your move. It is interesting that you run with Conestoga. Any time I was playing searches on DAT with different equipment types, I rarely saw anything for Conestoga. But you have outstanding results...much better than Van and the good thing is you are in more specialized freight - one or two layers above the general freight crowd. Good for you!

 

Running curtain side or Conestoga you just get flatbed freight

 

Generally it's flatbed freight. No oversize. Sometimes it's Conestoga only. Things you need to transport dry, not possible to tarp and need to unload from the side or with the crane.

 

I thought it was more for dedicated freight...
If you search for flatbed freight, do you have to make sure they load conestoga too?

 

A conestoga is a flatbed , just instead of huffing and puffing trying to throw tarps yourself. You just slide it down a fancy rail system. You can make really good money running machinery and other crap that nobody wants to throw a tarp on.

 

No need to tarp but takes more effort to secure?
Anyhow, at this rate you make me feel embarrassed with what I thought was a good time for me....I am like 20 Grand less in the same period with about the same mileage
I want to do Conestoga now!
