What tires do you use? Looking for a cheaper alternative than what I was using. Check out my thread in the reefer section for more in depth idocracy of the past few years I’ve had.

I run Michelin, but Continental has a good one. I dont run caps but some do. I would not recommend caps on front axle, esp if you have a rear dump. Some guys get away with caps on rear axle just fine.
You do get what you pay for in tires.singlescrewshaker Thanks this. -

I have gotten really good service out of roadmaster rm234 tires on spread axle flatbed. The last set I bought were in the $325 dollar range per tire.

What tire pressure do you guys run? I’m getting splitting in the sidewalls of what I currently run and have had a tire split on one tire on every set of four I have put on. Outside of that they seem to be good tires even with my messed up spread. They wear great and will last even longer once I square out my spread axle.singlescrewshaker Thanks this.
