    I’m in ND. that’s not horrible but it’s not that great either. Personally i wouldn’t want to work 7 days a week. I’m making $32/hr with OT after 40. 5 days/week. Getting around 60-65 hours. Health insurance completely paid for me. Blue cross platinum $250 deductible

    Yeah, it’s not the greatest but again, I’m not going to start brand new guys right at the top of the wage…. Have to show you’re worth it to get the guaranteed raises.

    I hear you. Although I do have 11 years experience driving in western ND, It was all with one company and we both grew tired of each other. I just started this job a few months ago, so this is my starting wage. Lot of competition out there for drivers for sure.
