I got a couple of those when I wind up in wa from the Midwest, but usually I go to California since that’s where I’m based.

I worked for them years ago out of the Turlock terminal. Don't remember anybody ever doing CA to FL. Most of our work was OR, WA and down to So Cal to Naked Juice. Every so often I'd go to Lindsay-Dalhart-Clovis Terminal-Wainsboro-Springdale and bring back blended eggs to So Cal. Then head to Prosser to wash out and start the back and fourth.

Hey guys...I got a few questions...
1) .What are the IR trucks governed at ?
2) Do they let you idle the trucks? or is there an idle shut down ?
3) Do they have APUs or EPUs ?
4) What is there breakdown and detention pay like ?
5) Do they pay true miles driven ? Or is it that postal code to postal code BS ?

i have question?
cost of health insurance with indian river transport? single coverage
is there an annual pay increase? what is the salary cap? cpm cap? bonus pay?
vacation, holiday pay? -
2) Idle to your heart's content
3) I've seen a couple new Internationals with APUs. Don't know the story with those as the majority of the fleet are Peterbilt 579 that don't have them.
4) Pretty much non-existent. Don't apply here if you expect to be paid detention. It does happen, but very rarely and there is no set policy/rate on what they will pay.
5) They don't pay hub miles. Not sure if they use zip code or some other measure.QuietStorm, BlueThunderr and rpad139 Thank this. -
No set annual pay raise that I know of. Never heard of cap, but I think everyone makes the same CPM whether you have been here 20hrs or 20yrs.
Not really bonus pay, but there is $200 Canada border crossing pay. $50 pump off pay if you have a pump truck and actually use it. Hazmat loads pay 5 or 6 cents extra per mile.
1 week vacation pay after a year. It's a flat rate of $1k and you have to request it. You get additional week the longer you have been here but I am not sure how much. One driver mentioned he got 3 weeks vacation pay after his 5 year, but that is hearsay. -
there is no annual pay increase? salary cap? i dont see myself there long term. maybe work there for one year, but why would someone work for 3+ or more years and never see a pay increase?
BlueThunderr Thanks this.
