Yeah I tried getting new ones and they said the closest is Brazil and who knows when they would come so didn't go that route. I will swap that one Tommorow or Monday and see what happens.

yes that's what I'm worried, tried getting brand new ones and the closest they said was in Brazil and had no idea when they would ever show up so went reman I will change #1 Tommorow or Monday and see what happens.

Thanks for the help from everyone. I swapped #1 injector with another new reman and didn't seem to change, that cylinder seems to still be running a bit cold, but everything else seems normal and purring like a kitty should. I'm going to run it for a bit the way it is and see what happens. thanks

Don't give up on that hole. Could be a pump issue as well - may need lapped or unit pumps replaced. Just a heads up to anyone going through that- I sure would not recommend mixing or b&p assemblies with aftermarket in the same pump. I ordered a couple of aftermarket made in Italy a while back to compare. I was surprised at the fit and finish quality. Looked really good. But there is a slight, maybe 1 or 2cc difference in the capacity. Aftermarket being slightly higher iirc, just enough to create an imbalance but not enough to call it an upgrade. However, I would not be afraid to try a whole set if oe becomes hard to get. Came from ebay, btw.spsauerland and Oxbow Thank this.

I ordered my new cat nozzles from shop.cat.com or something like that. They were made in Brazil but came in from Morton in less than a week
