Actually, that's is a new tactic lots of companies are using (Bison/Trans-force), they are bankrupting the O/O's, and hoping they will drive their unseated Company trucks. I thought it was Flying J parking lot stories, until I see it in person 2-3 times. I'm at an O/O only company now, and most of the guys hired here in the last 2 years, say their previous companies starved them out, in favor of company units; or offered them Company Trucks to drive when they complained.

I think the general consensus is, stay away from dry-van period lol. Reefer can be ok at some places, but even then you gotta watch your ###.
