I wasn't being negative. He asked for a true or false answer. I'm an OD driver and it's false the entire state of Florida has no day time linehaul runs. There was absolutely nothing condescending, negative or crappy with my answer.

Your answer left a lot open to interpretation. A few details...like the ones you just posted...helps everybody understand what you mean.Bob Dobalina and ColoradoLinehaul Thank this.

I thought I answered the question as asked. My mistake.
REO6205 Thanks this. -
But your statement is false then sir. You should only talk about your company if your company does not have any linehaul day runs. I work for AAA Cooper here in Orlando, FL and we have 5 linehaul day runs. Over at FXF there are a couple of day runs because my dad works there. So making the statement you made saying the whole state of Florida has no day runs is completely false. If OD has no day runs then say that but don’t give out wrong information and say no LTL companies in the state of FL have day runs.ColoradoLinehaul Thanks this.

I said "false" to the original poster asking if the entire state of Florida had day runs. Of cours
But you apparently didn't read the question??? He said he had heard a rumor that there were no day time runs in Florida running linehaul. He asked if that was "TRUE or FALSE.?" That rumor is of course FALSE! I answered "FALSE." Let me repeat the answer "false." There are infact day time linehaul runs in Florida. I'm flabbergasted how a single word answer can be interpreted as being condescending, negative or a smart ###. Further more I can only speak to my company and we do indeed run day time linehaul runs. For the record I will say it again....the rumor he heard that there are no daytime runs on the entire state of Florida is FALSE! -
I wasn’t trying to suggest someone could just move to Florida and start doing daytime linehaul...Pretty much everyone in the LTL industry knows that seniority rules for these types of things.
He simply asked if it even exists at all, which it does.88 Alpha Thanks this. -
It’s amazing how a little clarification can go a long way. Now why couldn’t you just quote his message and reply with false. When you just wrote false with no elaboration to it. You leave yourself wide open. Don’t get mad at us because you couldn’t clarify yourself properly. If you go back and read your post correctly it clearly says false and the whole state of Florida has no day time runs. Just read it to your self and you will see why I replied the way I replied. Now that you did clarify everyone can have a nice day. Thank youColoradoLinehaul Thanks this.
