Just bought a 2018 Cascadia (P3 125) and I've always been confused about these extra speakers above the door. I'll post a picture below of what I'm talking about. Anyone know?
What are these speakers for?

CB radio and/or lane departure system.

Yeah...those could be your LDW (Lane Departure Warning speakers). They are supplemental to your radio speakers. Usually 3rd party collision mitigation systems are designed with their designated speakers.
You should have one on the corresponding passenger side as well.Darklance and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
It is the early warning system speaker. This is a warning you will receive further information on what to do stay tuned

External speaker for CB or ELD.

Wow, thanks! The LDW system seems to be inactive, I wonder if the speakers got "unplugged" when this was a company truck. Would be cool to wire each of them up to different CBs, one on 19 and the other on scan.

Well there's a way to determine if it came from the factory for a LDW system...
