Truckmate, Omnitracs & Workflows?

I'm having a helluva time trying to track down documentation for workflows. I'm trying to allow drivers to set stopoffs however the loads are showing delivered where the stopoff is happening rather than the final (proper) destination.

Any help would be appreciated - my rep seems to be a little green and support is dragging their feet. I'm new to the industry so I may be asking the right question the wrong way.
