Sutherland VA and programs

    It’s always been a full time program. You work 182 days on a 5/5.

    if im not mistaken the driver only gets the benefits correct. i know on part time at my dc thats how it is

    You don’t accrue as many pto days because your not working as many days as the other programs. Everything else is the same.

    Talked with a recruiter in Bentonville today. He said they still offered the 5/5 program in Sutherland and also mentioned that they weren’t currently slip seating in Sutherland either, he didn’t elaborate and I didn’t bring it up to begin with so I didn’t ask any further on that. He said someone in HR at Sutherland would call and talk more about the scheduling options. Any idea how long it would take to get on a 5/5 here or is it anyone’s guess ? He says orientation would be in Smyrna Delaware.

    if its open when you hire on and you have the seniority to get it. then its all yours. but if the TO office bids each year. then you mite lose it
