Yes I think it’s like .46 a mile or something crazy like that in our area.

 

It's just in the dogs room and is in desperate need of ripping up.

 

No need to explain. I wasn't knocking it. I have some ugly brown stuff in a "finished" basement room and I would gladly trade you!

 

We have a "finished" basement also with ugly linoleum sheets that are starting to break and come up. After we get new siding, windows, and gutters floating floor is making its way down there and in the dogs room.

 

Home ownership is a never-ending deal, or so I've heard. I'm only 3 years into my first one. I've got a ton of projects on the list. Quality problems to have, though!
