Just a simple Dyna with a 96". I hear they are slow grandpa bikes. I've owned and rode many. This is the one I'll keep till I'm dead, or kid is hungry.

Before I was married, I bought this. Traded in a fun bike for it. My ex asked to go for a ride. Said "You know if you had this and didn't work so much overtime and night shift it would have been fun". She asked me if I financed it. I TOLD HER NO. She asked were I got the cash? I informed her it was what I saved on the sided for her ring. She got to ride her ring. I will never apologize for that day, and we have not spoken since. I CLEARLY worked to much.

My wife loves it.

 

I'm not a Harley guy, but I love to ride and even though I poke fun, I like it when others ride....whatever it is they choose to ride. Beats sitting on the couch!

 

Well, I'm truly ####ing pissed right now. I had my truck at rush for 4 days. I told them I needed an axle seal put in. They didn't, but said my hub seal was good. How in the #### do you miss a bunch of oil on the rims and axle? Then I asked about the wobble in the rear. Told them it was coming from right rear, rear. Told them to check bearings, hub, tires and rims. They said all was well and said I just needed a tire that was out of round. So, I put a new tire on yesterday. On the way home it still felt funny. Then it was nagging at me. So I jacked up that corner about 1/2 hour ago. Guess what....play in the bearings. FML! SO now I need to goto town on a Saturday and try and get an axle socket, bearings, and axle seals. Wtf! And of course I'm going out Sunday evening! #### I hate people!

 

I learned a long time ago its usually cheaper and quicker to just do it yourself.

 

Yeah, I usually do. However, I don't have a place to work at this house. Was going to build the new shop when prices come down. So right now, I'm literally in the dirt next to the chicken coop. Sucks

 

This morning’s project. Blocked and split about 12 cords of wood.

 

Holy cow! Nice operation. It beats a saw and a mahl any day!
