Adverse conditions would be best. But you could probably get away with PC unless officer was a prick

I figured we'd cross that bridge if the storage capacity for lithium were enough of an advantage to make all that worth the extra work.

That rule changed a few years ago. Now it's just so long as you aren't advancing commerce or bypassing a safe rest area.

Yes you can. Just has to be legitimate.

In his case, since he is already at a safe parking area, it's too late. Can't use adverse driving either for the same reason.

I like to see the real people. The person that sat on a bike and the bike felt right. Then they took it out on a real ride and made changes. Butt goes numb, you change the seat. Fingers tingle, change the grip. Heck, you can even go with a set of shorty levers to set the hand controls to your specific hand size. I even run a quarter turn throttle. Shoulders= bars. Feet=pegs. And they buy a specific helmet. Suddenly, the bike has your DNA. It’s sole purpose is for you, out of everyone else on planet earth, to ride in comfort. Definitely not a poser at this stage of the game.

@TripleSix I'm going to start adding these to my leg days. I've hit a plateau at just above 3 plates.
