2014 Freightliner Cascadia DD13 Engine Swap Problems.
Engine starts but won't stay running without an override.

    Damaged Original DD13 Engine Serial # 471927S0211556
    2014 Freightliner Cascadia Vin # .....ELFP5206
    Engine Year Manufactured 2013

    Replacement DD13 Engine Serial # 471927S0348234
    2017 Freightliner 114SD Vin# ......8HHK3599
    Engine Year Manufactured 2015

Used Original wiring hardness and Original ECM with Replacement Engine.
Is the wiring harness bad or the ECM?
Do I need the ECM from the replacement engine?

Hasn't ran long enough to warm up in order to trigger some of the fault codes and that is why I think it is something else besides faulty sensors.

Deleted Codes and they came right back.
Currently 7 Engine Faults on Replacement Engine
SPN: 3510 – Sensor supply voltage 2 FMI: 4 (Voltage Below Normal)
SPN: 94 – Engine Fuel Delivery Pressure FMI: 4 (Voltage Below Normal)
SPN: 723 – Engine Speed 2 FMI: 11 (Other Failure Mode)
SPN: 3563 – Engine Intake Manifold #1 Absolute Pressure FMI: 10 (Abnormal Rate of Change)
SPN: 5927 – Engine Coolant Pump FMI: 2 (Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect)
SPN: 807 – Dif 2 - ASR Valve FMI: 8 (Abnormal Frequency, Pulse Width, or Period)
SPN: 3719 – Aftertreatment 1 Diesel Particulate Filter Soot Load Percent FMI: 31

I would have to talk freightliner on that one. I'm pretty sure they could tell you where the hiccup would be with the difference of wiring between the two chassis.

    Wooow.
Check the harness. There must be one or two connectors. Check them. With DL trouble shoot each code. What i think one of connectors are not in place...

Might need the ecm from the 2014 . Are they both the same emission level?

We used the EMC and wiring harness form the 2014. They should both be the same emissions level. Before we started the engine swap, I contacted Freightliner and gave them the serial numbers to both engines. They said the engines were the same part numbers and would be compatible.
