I occasionally can hear Spanish but can't tell where it's coming from. I figured its from vehicles in Mexico talking about where the US border guards are. They would want to bring their riders to the US guards to make sure they get registered correctly :=)
Timin770 Thanks this. -
I hear Mexicans from here, Cubans have cb?
-
Gosh I don't know. One of our main terminals is Miami and we have a number of Cuban drivers. Maybe I should ask one of them

I've heard a lot of Spanish on 17 low for the past couple of months with all of the skip rolling through.

One dude told me he heard Cubans on 38LSB. Not sure where he was

I have heard that the Cuban government are disrupting the 40 meter ham band to the point where folks can't use it but nothing on CB.

Oh please, the Cuban government has been doing this for decades, just some idiot hams just discovered it and had to pad their YouTube hit counters. No one seems to remember the Soviet woodpecker or the blocking of East German and polish operators by the soviets.
