    ok, so i will just have to apply for a new authority once im able to do so?

    one more question, i could i use my LLC ive already created to do this in the future correct?

    Well I guess 1 year will give you time to get enough money saved back to pay for Insurance. And have more than enough money to run your trucking co. and enough fuel money for fuel, and repairs to truck, till the money starts coming in from the loads you hauled for the 1st 3 mo. and you will be in much better shape than the 1st time you tried to start a trucking co.??
