out sourcing Dispatching

    My company has out source dispatching to siberia or some other eastern european country after midnight and i heard highlight motor freight is out sourcing to indian and it’s a #### show like send 3 empties to a customer then having two of those 3 empties picked up .Any one else seeing this doesn’t look like any job in trucking will be safe in time

    Lots of companies are doing that - the problem is the dispatchers do not understand HOS / Borders / Geography - routing
