Just about everything new for Nights is shuttle- Home daily. There are still L/H drivers that sleep out. Dock work depends on the location( short handed, late from weather etc.) they do try to keep you moving. You will at least share the truck with a day driver, the bigger terminals, West Chester, Carteret, York you might switch trucks a little more depending if runs have to have a screw or can run with a S/A Tractor. All new equipment is Automatics, there are a good amount of manuals left in the system. As with most companies, manuals are a thing of the past with the added fuel mileage of the auto's.
