Where is everyone #5

Well I got a temporary inspection sticker for the time being so at least I’m legal, but I’m sure someone will still bust my balls

Gonna be driving an hour away for the academy for the next 3 weeks

 

Yeah, you get to be as much of an a hole as you want in the middle of freakin nowhere

 

Funny little story for ya...

Friend of mine went into law enforcement after he got out of the Navy. One morning on his way to the Academy he got pulled over for driving in the Carpool/HOV lane during the hours where the restriction was in place. He was late and trying to make up time by not getting slowed down by traffic in the other lanes......

So he gets nabbed by a Virginia State Trooper, and of course the Trooper notices that my buddy is wearing his academy sweater so you could imagine how that went.

Friend said his response to "Why are you, as a cadet at the Academy, driving in an illegal fashion" was

"I'm driving under the influence of stupid and am guilty as charged"

Anyway he got a citation and had to present it to his handlers at the Academy. Said things were not fun for him for the rest of that morning.

 

just nother day out in the boonies.

 

Ok. I was thinking about those with sliding tandems.

 

And I am back at the computer guy store...
After spending half a day dealing with this laptop... was able to uninstall and clear code key... after doing online searches...
He sent me 8 different codes n told me to try them all to see which one would work...
And none did..
So now I am in his store n he is trying to find a code key for the system he installed...
Hope it doesn't take another day... I would have to come back next Monday or so...
In the meantime... I have no laptop...

 

Busy... didn't have time for lunch today...

 

I went to the Bloomington pete dealer to try and buy a hub assembly to put on the shelf....just in case. The price was right, but none in stock. Suck. However, I did get to see the newly established tent city on the way in. It looks like it's coming along splendidly.

 

Did I miss it? I thought you were rebuilding the trans?

 

Nah, it took alot of travels and world experience to become the A-Hole I am today. It's not something that just happens overnight.
