I took a week off to go chillax in western Michigan, and I end up 30 pages behind.

I've been trying to catch up my reading since Wednesday. I'm finally finished.

The Van Wert County Fair is also going on.

There was a sign for the bands appearing at the Fair tonight, among them "Al's Crazy Mixed Up Band", "Erastus", and........

"Truckstop Manager".

I almost want to go to the fair just to hear them play.......

Tractor? What tractor? Oh you mean that thing. I forgot about it. Someday I might get back to it. I have ti remove the intake manifold that is blocking access to an capilary oil line. The manifold is being blocked by the fuel pump and the power steering lines. Yup, when I want more frustration I will go work on it some more.

Looked like some one was burning a 6013. All the smoke residue around the weld.

 

I think its probably 7018 or 7024... 6013 leaves a heavier slab coat that doesnt come off in long strips like that. Also 60 series rod is generally not used on structural beams, not enough tensile strength.
