I have a 2014 cxu613 mack . When taking off from stop I hear a clunking noise coming from my driver side steer usually does it at take off and when I’m coming to a stop and just coasting I hear it at low speeds like 5mph . Also just usually does it loaded and probably Mid day to end of day I guess by mid day it’s probably hot enough . I did stop when loaded at a truck stop and had a guy try to see we’re it was coming from and he said he couldn’t hear it but I could feel it then he put his hand on tire and felt it jump he said it was my bearings . Well left dropped of load 1 hr later I stop and feel that hub and it’s hotter then the other one so I guess it is my bearing . Any suggestions any other test I can do to verify it is bearing. Also come to find out this is a unitized hub . Mack only sells the whole hub $800 bucks . Has anybody changed one of these also I did find the bearing online for like 200 has anybody changed just the bearing o this unitized hubs .
