Clunking noise

I suggest you take it to a mechanic that specializes in front ends.
Hub rarely goes bad. Bearings are replaceable. If hub does seemed damaged slightly, Emory cloth will clean it up. (Emory cloth is a special type of sand paper)
Caution... Emory cloth is extremely abrasive on metal(though it doesn't seem so by touch)
Go to a trusted mechanic, again better if he deals with front ends, stay away from dealer if possible.

Lastly, before throwing parts at it, check springs, shackles, shackle pins, and king pins.
King pin can only be checked when tire is off the ground

 

Did u have lug nuts come loose recently on that hub? Or take a lug nut off and check if the hole for the stud in the rim is slotted. If it is then your lug nuts are either loose or they were loose on the last truck that rim was on. Then check the landings on the hub where the inside hole on the rim sits on the hub. You’re checking to make sure the landing is the same height it’s whole length. If there’s a groove in it you have or had loose lug nuts at one point or another. If neither of those options show a problem, check springs and shackles and everything king Michael said
