Force to move truck during 10 hour break because of emergency

    Also, doesn't being off duty 2-3 hours stop your clock now? Should have been able to move no problem unless he was less than two hours into his break.

    How far were you into your break?
    If you were when you moved the truck, out of hours, Split your break. Problem solved.
    Out of curiosity, where were you parked that emergency personnel needed you to move?
