Pics are from my antique tractor & engine show. My wife and I are one of 3 couples who started it 14 years ago. I’m the president of the show, Glenn and Tony are like the Vice Presidents in a sense. Glenn takes care of things if I’m out of town like setting up arrangements for porta Johns, dumpsters, getting the insurance taking of.....

This was our T-shirt for this year. I always use pics from our previous show. Top left is actually my dad on my 1969 Massey Ferguson 150, one of the newest tractors I own, use to have a 38 model F14 but got rid of it so my oldest now is a 1940 Case VI.....

That's awesome. Reminds me of a episode of agri-talk the other day. It talked about the long term preservation of the past. It talked about why guys preserve things. For example, a guy grew up on an Farmall M. So, when he got older he bought one and restored it. Because of nostalgia. It talked about how younger people don't really feel that. So, all old iron will prolly just be lost to the crusher because they (younger folks) don't have a sense of nostalgia around them. Noting that they prolly won't grow up and restore a 2021 6 series...or whatever. Just made me sad. I used to rescue alot of Iron from the scrap man. I hate seeing old iron goto scrap. It really upsets me honestly. My wife would just shake her head. Anywho, just made me think of that....sad. I'm truly jealous of your situation. I will eventually start collecting old iron again. If I had more time, I would get more into draft power. I just don't have time for that. I would also love a steam tractor......or 2. :D
