Sit tight at Swift. Hire a lawyer in each state that has those speeding tickets, one at a time of needed, and try to have them removed.
No harm in trying, if it works you’re golden, and you’ll be better off not speeding ever again cause of the lawyer costs. If it doesn’t work then you’ll find yourself at Swift asking for a raise instead of going elsewhere, waiting for those tickets to fall off your (five year record? Maybe)

It is a word. It describes someone who repeatedly speeds. To make matters worse, you keep getting caught, which means you aren't situationally aware.

Now I'm not getting on my soap box, because I've got nothing against speeding. Take away the limits, and people will for the most part, just automatically drive a safe safe speed for the conditions. I personally think speed limits are F'n stupid.

But you can see why a company wouldn't hire you. And keep in mind, a lot of times it's not up to them. It's up to their insurance company. Maybe forget LTL, and look for a smaller company that pays good.

Sheesh, Where are you from? I would think they would’ve dropped off of your mvr by now.

@Moosetek13 has been with Swift for over 10 years. He posted not too long ago about his cpm. I think he is close to $.70cpm right now. There are worse places to work! Some of their Dedicated accounts pay well too. Talk to your DM about getting on one of those accounts. Repetitive Speeder is not a word, it is two words that accurately describe your behavior. Actually, I'm surprised that you got hired there with 4 OF THEM. I am 61 years old, been driving since I was 16. I have had a total of ZERO speeding tickets. You had better sit tight at Swift. Two years should get you some consideration for one of their Dedicated accounts. Good luck.......AND SLOW DOWN!!!

Stay where you are. You are fortunate to have that job. Clean up your record and clean up your act!

I respect you alot china.. but DON'T refer him to a company.that hauls cattle.. his driving record already sucks he is a repeat offender for speeding..
Guys like him give the rest of us cow haulers a bad name
I speed all the time myself but I would like to think Iam smart enough to know when ..where ...and how to do that and not get caught
His driving record proves he has no business hauling livestock
