NJ EXPEDITE SUCKS

If they are in New Jersey, call the department of labor. They will get your money. They get results.

 

This company is pure trash. You will either lose your life, your license or your freedom you choose.
I had several issues with them, but I didn't want to be a company hopper. I held on despite watching drivers drop like flies. Ok lets get into it.
-They start off by trying to give you faulty equipment. It doesn't matter if you're a company driver or lease operator. Trust me you won't find not one reliable truck among the bunch. ( bad transmission, No AC, trucks with tires like Joe Rogan's head. Etc.)
- when you first start they just take money out ofbypur check for escrow. You won't het that back so please just forget about it. That's just money down the drain so just get that out your mind first quarter.
- As a company driver they will ask you to iae ypur money since they can only pay over tje phone with a credit card.They won't reimburse you on anything that you spend money on so if you spending your personal money wipe that out your mind as well. you won't get that money back either, so don't fall for that. (Maybe the first and second time)
- They will have an issue with your paycheck every single week I'm not sure who is handling the accounting but they have multiple issues with your paycheck for some unknown reason someone can't account and its never in the drivers favor.
- trying not to name names but some people in the offices are super Petty they will try to damage your reputation to use it as leverage. It doesn't work because it's obvious they cant keep a driver longer than 7 months. You're better off just getting your own MC#.
- this company shorts your check and then makes up a fictitious fee so they don't have to give you the money back.
- Dispatch will try to have you drive on bad logs. (That's a whole other story)
These are the type of companies that create Bad environments for drivers.They run the company in the ground and then open a new one.
It has to be easier to keep a company going than to continue the Running Companies in the ground and keep opening up new ones.

If they make up a fee, and you did not sign something allowing for that deduction, it’s illegal. Sue them

 

NJ EXPEDITE SUCKS, do no apply to that company do not even think about working there. WORKING for NJ EXPEDITE was one of my worst experience in my 3 years in the truck business .I spent 8 days in a hotel and they gave me 4 trucks. 3 of them was no good. The 4th one was good for two weeks and then it broke , they sent me to a shop and they wanted me to pay because they said i broke it. at the end i quit . i talked to different drivers and they all said they always try to rip you off DO NOT FAULT FOR THE 5 STARS NJ EXPEDITE reviews on google because they wrote them themselves. look for the bad ones because they are really from drivers.

 

So true. Do not apply at NJ EXPEDITE this company has changed their name because bad reputation and unscrupulous practices! I give you five reasons

1 They have trucks in poor conditions
2 they mess around with your paycheck
3 they make you pay a 5000 dollars escrow that you never get back . They make up something
4 you will always be stopped at weigh stations because of its bad record

do not waste your time and worked for this people one month! And when I quit they kept more than 2000 dollars from may pay stub and 3000 of escrow they stole $5000 from me. NJ Expedite/ TSK sucks

There is no make up fees in our company !!! Truck are 0 down and you pick your own truck from 2015-2021 depends on the weekly payments what people can afford. There is trucks with Extended warranty which are more and truck without warranty and they are cheaper. Depends on the driver they have chance to pick lease only, lease to purchase or Company.
