Second time I'm typing this message.

I'm looking for drivers who have had similar experiences with this leasing company, or if you know anyone who has, or you have any advise on how I could get in contact with more drivers. A lawyer told me before I fire my bullets I need to have more evidence beyond myself to prove that it's a habit of the company.

I have had 2 trucks from Transport Enterprise Leasing (TEL). Both within the last year. The first was a Kenworth with 27k miles. Needed and alignment and had bad bearings in the driveshaft. Cost me thousands in downtime and shop expenses. At the end of January I sat for 5 weeks trying to get a diagnosis. Early March I was given a new truck.

A 22 Volvo with 500 miles. Of course it had bad shocks. I just got the diagnosis last week. Has cost me atleast 20k in downtime not to mention shop expenses trying to get a proper diagnosis.

I was given 2 dangerous trucks that could have killed me or others. It has cost me thousands. The stress this has caused me is beyond comprehension.

Does anyone know any drivers that has the same experience? How can I get in contact with more drivers like me?

Are you making this up, or are you just one of those gullible people that pay the light bills for shops? $20K in losses to find out you have bad shocks? It takes 2 seconds during your pre-trip to tell whether you need to replace your shocks or not, and you can easily do them yourself. They're cheap parts.

That was a brand new truck that came with bad shocks. How would that happen? During delivery?

Something sounds fishy about this story. I know 2 drivers who got brand new freight shakers and a brand new Pete. Both are perfect as a new truck would be. From TEL. Not sure what this guy bought or about his story….

I've never heard of bad shocks with anything at 500 miles. Ever. How did you know they were bad?

I'm glad to hear that. Just curious because the only 2 trucks I've gotten has caused immediate shop issues.

I just got it diagnosed at 38k miles that the shocks have low fluid in them. They are not leaking.

And I bet you fell for that? Oh my jesus. You can't check fluid in shocks. The only way for them to have low fluid is leaking.
