Do Not Use Bridge Logistics

Anybody have familiarity with these guys? I ran a load for them invoiced on June 22 and still haven't been paid. Was told be their AP department that check # was cut and mailed on July 16. That check has never came, I've emailed them and called them several times for a stop payment and to re issue a check and it goes ignored.

So today I left on a DAT review and there are several reviews exactly like mine. On DAT I found another email to try and I emailed them. Now the VP/owner states that the same check # as before was cut and mailed on July 29th, when his AP department already told me it was cut and mailed on the 16th. So I emailed him back stating as much, and he then says check was cut on the 16th and mailed on the 29th....sure is funny how the same company keeps having checks get lost in the mail.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up here about this broker

 

Yup the plan is to file a claim on the 60th day. Absolutely bs O/O have to do this to get our $$

 

After an email every day for about the past week I got a reply from their owner saying idk why you haven't received payment yet, give me your bank details and I'll direct deposit it....So after 56 days I finally had payment received this morning.
