Well I changed the lights out and put new fuses in and that didn't help. Still have no brake lights or blinkers. Then I looked and saw this hack job. Cut wires and stuff electrical taped together.. didn't have time to finish messing with it today but I'm pretty sure this is the cause of the problem.
