Warning light! ! Fuel control valve code?? Peterbilit 2010 Cummins isx model 387

Does anyone know what this code is off dash display. Truck seems to be starving for fuel. I have a new fuel pump on truck. There is a fuel Seliniod. That's seems to be extremely hot. Truck will run ok for a few minutes when cold once I go about 5 miles engine seems like it wants to stall. Just changed fuel filter to see if that would solve problems. No it didn't. So any suggestions please. Thanks

 

Thanks for the help. Actually to find out the fuel control valve was next to the shut off valve. There are 4 little boxes 2 on each side of shut off valve. 2 run the timing and 2 are for fuelin the cylinder heads. The one for me that went bad was the one closest to the firewall. They can also be called actuators. But if you have a warning light that comes up with fuel control valve it is one of those 4 actuators on the block of motor on the driver side.
