Given the hours most people in trucks work, the tight schedules, frustration dealing with motorists, frustration with customers, etc.. I'm surprised there aren't more destructive acts occurring out there. I've witnessed somebody cut valve stems before on a guy taking 2 spaces, and while I haven't reached that level of frustration I didn't have any sympathy either.

The op committed a serious crime if there is consumer food or Pharma products loaded in the trailer, tampering with consumer food in transit is a federal crime and people have been charged with it and went to jail.
The idiot who pulled the fifth wheel release also committed a crime and can be held personally liable for all damages and losses, and should be held accountable.
I know one fleet owner who is going after a driver and his company for damaged and loses. The feds are involved, taking it serious.
if you have an issue with a truck in the fuel isle, get the truck stop manager involved, stop playing childish games. There are cameras all over the place and they see you.stanleyds88, mladen86, Short Fuse EOD and 19 others Thank this. -
