Haven't been on here in a while and i guess they got rid of my other account. Need some help. It's time to get a new truck because my current truck is done for. I decided to go through SFI and wanted to see what others experienced. They can't tell me yet where I'm picking up the truck so I wanted to know where yall picked up your SFI trucks? I want to know if i should be prepared to travel. Other than the basics, what do i need when i pick up the truck? I already sent in my down payment but wasn't sure if there are any other fees? I'm going to call them again but don't want to be annoying and call every day checking on the truck. thanks for any and all info you can provide

You are their customer. You should not feel like you can't ask them questions.

I only know of one guy personally that has a truck through them and he likes it. I'm not sure on the specifics of it. He got his over a year ago.

I do know that it's $5,000 or $5,500 to cancel the lease, plus whatever maintenance costs they come up with and recovery fees if you don't return it. Switching carriers is something like a $1,000 additional deposit and $500 filing fee. You can get the maintenance escrow waived if the carrier you sign on with has their own maintenance escrow/program setup.

What was your down-payment and for what type of truck? I applied with them awhile ago and they were asking $3,500 down. Then I contacted them again back in March and it jumped to $7,500 down.

I am also leasing through sfi and I pick up my truck on sept 17th, my down payment was 3000.00. I leased truck onto Jb hunt because I am familiar with them since I’m a company driver with them until sept 10. I’m going to be doing a dedicated route for them at first at least the same dedicated route I’m on now of course with much more pay. I’m going to do this in the beginning and then move over to their 360 board. I plan on getting my own authority in about a year I will keep updating on my experience with it as I go.
