The title says it all. Arrow Trucking is the epitomy of bad trucking companies. My husband has been with Arrow since August '09 and it's been downhill since. In the latest of the saga of working for Arrow; my hubby was stuck in Houston, TX for eight days while they hum-hauled around on getting a part needed for his truck. It seems that Arrow does not keep reserve cash on hand to pay for parts because they are too sorry to or no company in their right mind would extend them any credit whatsoever. Their fuel cards were interrupted twice in a week's time so drivers were unable to get fuel and for the last night in Houston, my hubby had to sleep in an abandoned Arrow truck because he could not pull the money off his card to get a motel room. Now that the truck is "fixed" he is back on the road heading home but now Arrow has screwed up his paycheck for almost $200 and they screwed him out of layover pay. Needless to say, this is probably his last run for Arrow. For those old truckers and new truckers, run just as fast you can from this company. And for the owner and office personnel, get your head out of your butts and manage the office like a professional company instead of a three ring circus. It doesn't take a college education to realize that sometimes it takes spending money to make money. I now know that the only way you are keeping your company from going under is screwing the drivers out what is rightfully theirs. If hell has a place for trucking companies, you are at the top of the list and not because of alphabetically, because you suck.

I have been talking to some arrow drivers and it seems that the writing was on the wall. Any time your fuel card won't work and the company cant tell you why, a lot drivers should have quit then.I understand that happened a few times earlier this month.

non working fuel card means next no paycheck.

Thankfully, he was home before the bs hit the fan. I do hope the other drivers were and are able to get home after a fiasco like this. Please former Arrow Drivers, if you have made it home, let us know. Merry Christmas and May God bless you.
