Don't take this the wrong way, but you seem to be WAAAAY too nervous for someone that has been doing this for 22 years. If you are reasonably self-motivated and not too much of a #### up, you should have absolutely NO problems here. Most of the questions you have been asking have been answered...repeatedly. Just relax a bit, and just roll with it. I promise you, this is a good place to be.

I have to agree with zodiac, just calm down man it's going to be all right lol I understand wanting to get all your ducks in a row and know exactly what you're getting yourself into. You will have 3 days of orientation to ask any and all questions you could ever think of, and they are very small orientation classes usually 1-4 people tops. They are all very nice down-to-earth people in the office there in Fremont oh, just relax and enjoy the ride. You made the right decision. Welcome aboard!

I hear ya guys. It's just that I have a lot of offers and I wanna make sure 100 percent that I feel right about this. This is a benefit talking to the actual drivers that work there prior to coming in. Iyour right I need to chill the guys I've talked to wouldn't be there if it was shady no doubt or they would be complaining

The thing I feel the best about is it's a dry van company that sounds like it has a long length of haul and decent pay and good people I've talked to do far in the office. I talked to Mike in the office to he sounds like a stand up guy as well.

Agreed… we are all adults and all have to do our piece to get the job done. We can’t be the ones tossing wrenches into the gears.

    Didn’t mean to imply differently.
    Thank you for clarifying.

I think we are thinking of it the same way. I’m not saying you get to 16 hours but instead of it expiring at 8pm it expiring at 10pm with a 2 hour pause.

I’ll play with it at some point when I have time on a load in case I screw up.

Only negative about Mike, is that he’s a KC chiefs fan, other than that he’s a great guy. Good luck on your journey, you made a great decision with FCC.
