There are a couple of multi million dollar lawsuits. That would do it.

 

One good thing about the timing: they’ll get top dollar for their trucks.

 

They "old investors"(Cotton Creek) told them to shut her down. They couldn't profit enough off it. Time to liquidate. Dillon was also suing their old lawyers for that injury case from 2015 that Dillion went to trial and lost on the advice of those lawyers.

 

Tractors are all CNG , how big is that for selling them.

August or October?

I saw adds on Craigslist yesterday specifically labeled for Dillon drivers. I think it was Friday a dry bulk carrier.

Dillon filled in the phosphate gap when CTL folded. Commercial Carrier Corporation closed up their facilitate in Auburndale.

Venezia is the company running the Dillon drivers add in Center Florida already.

 

I know nothing about Dillon
Never heard of them . But anytime a private equity firm buys a trucking company, the trucking company ALWAYS ALWAYS goes out of business soon after .

drivers: if a private equity firm buys the company you work for, you should immediately start looking for a job somewhere else .

 

That cant have helped whatever trouble they were in
